For each take:

• Shot ID
• Take number
• For each camera:
  • Reel number
  • Tape/Reel Counter (beginning & end?)

He who gives up freedom for security deserves neither.

For the storyboard, what pieces of data would be useful for each panel?

This is created during preproduction.
Every Director should have a copy of the panels for which their unit is responsible.

• Shot ID (unique)
• Shot Title
• (Intended) Duration of Shot
• Picture
• Description
• Dialog
• Audio/Music

I’m putting together a kick-ass “mash-up” mix CD for my friend Rich.
What is a mash-up you ask? It’s a song which is a mix of two (usually very different) songs.
You can do this at home, if you’re obsessive enough!

Making a collection of them is easy, as much of it is online or on KaZaA. However as with all unfiltered art, winnowing the wheat from the chaff is a time-consuming process. My favorites thus far:
