I found this album in the 50 cent bin at Rasputin’s.

Initally I thought it was Icelandic, because all the text was using the Icelandic alphabet, so in accordance with my Icelandic Culture Saturation Plan, I bought it. It’s kind of coffeehouse jazz/acoustic folk, and is pretty good.

After reading some reviews (check the one at Amazon) I learned a few things- Apparently she is singing in “Faroese.” I have no idea what that even is!

Notes:

  • the circle around every item makes for a clean design
  • The button next to each item is “add one to basket”
  • is it a reload every button click?
  • very minimal margin design on the left

  • on “cart” page there is a “remove” button and a “update” button
  • checkout: continue without login, login, create account
  • checkout- ship to and bill to on the same page, in every subsequent screen.
    Also complete order manifest.
